As standard, our pricing automatically includes Public and Product Liability cover with a generous limit of £5 million. This provides a foundational level of protection and reassurance for our clients. If you require comprehensive cover for your specific artworks during transit or storage, we highly recommend requesting our bespoke 'All Risks' insurance, underwritten by Lloyds of London.

For mainland UK sendings, our 'All Risks' transit insurance is charged at a highly competitive rate of 0.50% of the artwork's total value. Please note that there is a minimum charge of £25 per sending, and a standard claims excess of £500 applies. If you are shipping to mainland Europe, North America, or internationally, please contact us directly for bespoke rates.

Our standard 'All Risks' transit policy automatically covers artworks up to a value of £1 million, whether you are shipping within the UK or worldwide. We are fully equipped to handle and insure pieces exceeding this value; however, we kindly request one working day’s notice to arrange the appropriate extended cover with our brokers at Lloyds of London.

Yes, we offer comprehensive 'All Risks' storage insurance under our Lloyds of London policy. This is charged at 0.96% (plus VAT) of the item's value per annum. To keep things simple, this is calculated pro rata and billed conveniently alongside your regular monthly storage charge. A minimum monthly charge of £25 and a £500 claims excess apply to all storage policies.

For both our transit and storage 'All Risks' insurance policies, a standard claims excess of £500 applies.
